A Few Lies
By speaking the truth most of the
time, I find it is better to
impose a few small
lies,
If I were to normally tell the truth,
I would have not a friend, it
would not be fully
wise.
Most lies are by omission, but
some are intended to keep
anyone under my
spell,
There is nothing I would rather do,
than live the truth and stay
out of my mendacious
shell
