Absent Energy - maybe

Darkness may be the absence
of energy, the stillness
that unfolds as a
void,

When darkness covers the soul
there is little to celebrate,
God becomes
annoyed.

Without energy the vastness of
nothing takes hold and life
doesn't exist in its
midst,

Darkness is not the enemy, it is
merely the opposite of
all that is known to
persist.
