Better to be lucky than good,
but being good can
lend a helping
hand,

You can work your finger to
the bone but a little
luck can make you
grand.

This is not to say you must
rely on luck, best to be
good at what you
do,

If you never have any luck,
you can be proud, hard
work is what made
you.
