A long rest avails the body to
silently recover energy,
but not the
mind,
The mind requires vastly more
raw sleep, or it will
rapidly fall way
behind.
It is a misnomer to believe the
body perishes while the
mind doth quietly
mature,
Sleep does not help the mind
recover energy as quickly
as the body, for
sure
