Always Sad - could be?

I was hoping to be happier
today than yesterday
without
struggle,

But a struggle it is to be
more jubilant, I must
find joy to
smuggle.

It is by the nature of living
I find my wants merely
one sided to
share,

If I were alone on the earth
I could easily be sad
and not ever
care.
