Be Thankful - you must

Be thankful for whatever you
have, even if you believe
there is no one to
thank,

If gratitude doesn't drive your
life, your soul begins to
smell like a septic
tank.

You begin to place heaven on
your shoulders as if you
alone made it by
design,

Without gratitude guiding your
spirit, you lose sight of love
and your soul dissolves
into brine.
