Blood Money - not from me

In my lifetime I have never
given one nickel to a
political campaign,
of this I am so
proud.

No candidate can thank me
for help getting into office
to screw with
my thoughts
endowed.

It is not money that is evil,
it is the wishes of others
to pass laws and take
my freedom
away,

One day, I will face my God,
tell Him without blinking an
eye, I never ruined the
world by volunteering
coin, to make political
hay.
