Brought Down - love does it again

You knocked me down
as if my love was
light as a
feather,

Uncontrolled wonder
can zap warm
feelings tied
together.

I hit the bottom of my
emotions and found
my soul in
traction,

The next time I wrestle with
love I will stay on an
apathetic mat in
case I find the
same reaction.
