Correcting Errors - usually done wrong

Once we find a plan is not
working, we tend
to make a new
rule,

It is our hope this will adjust
what's wrong; make
life less
cruel.

When answers don't come,
we never go back to
undo the last
correction,

We simply add on another
remedy in hopes it will
bring absolute
perfection.
