Quatrain of Don't Know

Don't Know - and never want to

There are many facts in life
I don't know, and many
concepts I never,
ever really want
to.

When I learn of a sickening
act, it doesn't broaden my
intellect, it fills my
brain with
goo.

And of course, there are some
elements just not worth
knowing, too weird
to make life
better,

Best I do not hear a goofy idea,
or a foul scientific fact: when
I get to heaven, whatever
I've missed, just send me
a letter.
