Quatrain of False Figments
False Figments - be careful
It is said, if it walks like a
duck, quacks like a duck,
swims like a duck, it
probably is a
duck,
But what if it turns out to
be a figment of the
imagination, the image
you see is actually a
woodchuck?
The embarrassment felt, the
humiliation experienced, will
leave you never trusting
your very own
eyes.
This is the feeling you get when
you think you are believing
in truth; turns out
you're believing in
lies.
