Feeling Unexpressed - you will never know

I was left speechless, when the
words I was going to
use, couldn't be
connected,

What came out, was uncontrolled
ramblings, as if I had
been stupid
infected.

This doesn't happen every time I
open my mouth, only when
I try to explain my
dealings,

Words just can seem to do justice
to what's in my heart, I can
never express my true
feelings.
