Quatrain of Forever Lost
It
I placed it where I knew
it would be, but
it wasn't
there,
I carried it everywhere I
went, but soon I
had to use my
spare.
It wasn't where it was
supposed to be,
it was lost
to empty
space,
I was never able to find
it again, losing it
was childish,
a scatty
disgrace.
