Quatrain of Full Moon
Full Moon - what a sight
When I see a full moon, it reminds me
of my childhood, where I once
looked out my window
overlooking our dairy
farm,
I could hear the cattle rustling in the
corral and see the shadows of
tall timber that surrounded
the meaning of life's
barn.
It was a glorious feeling of the soul,
the moon and its glow, lighting
the darkness over fields of
joy that I will forever
embrace,
It was the moon that affected my
childhood more than the farm
and it is the moon that now
gives me such lasting
grace.
