Going Fast - catching up

I traveled at the speed of
light and caught up
to my hindsight,
somehow,

I was able to have a lucky
do-over knowing back
then what I know
now.

Without light streaking
through space to guide
the way of my moral
desire,

I wouldn't be able to watch
myself and keep from going
off into a soulless
quagmire.
