Great Pretense - watch out for the weak

It is the weakest among us,
who are the most dangerous
to all, the strong
are easy to
wrangle,

The weak often get empathy,
taking us off guard just
moments before they
find our spirit to
strangle.

We cry when we see those with
no power to act, no voice
in daily matters, but
we do it at great
expense.

The weak among us, easily fool
the brawny soul into getting
what they believe is
rightfully theirs -
fragility is a
great pretense.
