Once the future is hacked off
from the past, life
cannot live
on,

Without a past there'd be no
divining, every moment
merely a big
yawn,

You couldn't go anywhere,
there'd be no reference
for ahead or
behind,

God started the world, and the
past He set forth, is
man's greatest
find.
