Inner Strength - do you have it?

Outer strength is easily seen,
inner strength is much
more difficult to
spot,

What's inside the heavy heart
is more important than
what's externally
sought.

Inner strength must be commended,
it will carry the mind
through thick and
thin,

It doesn't matter physical muscle,
what's important is the
strength of the spirit
within.
