Quatrain of Inside The Soul

Inside The soul - keep it clean

I peered inside my soul,
fortuitously it wasn't
nearly as dark as I
thought,

In a far corner there was a
small radiating light,
illuminating my sins
wrought.

I need to find more light to
help find all that is wrong
with the life I have
sought,

The inside of my soul should
be spotless and clean,
otherwise all my blessing
will be for
naught.
