Intellectual Gadfly- a serious irritant

Be thee not an intellectual gadfly,
do not annoy those who
think wiser than
you,

To irritate great wisdom, is to
pour cold water on thoughts
you ought
pursue.

A wise idiom often teeters on one
tiny truth, it can easily
be pushed to
extinction,

Those who constantly try to annoy
the great principles in life,
have no right or wrong
distinction.
