Quatrain of It's Hopeless

It's Hopeless - sad but true

Human decency is on a downward
spiral, thanks to wallowing
in sin at every
turn,

We have ever so slowly tossed
God out and have let the
jury of moral souls
adjourn.

God is slowly losing the battle for
righteousness, allowing
the Devil to make his
claim,

If the human doesn't come to his
senses, there will be nothing
left to rejoice, only sin and
shame..
