Kept Promises - make them hard

Do not make promises you cannot
keep, it stresses the soul
to no spiritual
end,

On the other hand, if all you do
is promise the easy stuff,
your soul is no
godsend.

To rise above your own values,
you must promise at times
what you know is
hard,

This will force the subconscious to
work relentlessly to accomplish
hitherto, what has always been
barred.
