Quatrain of Left & Right

Left & Right - what a difference

I shall walk on the left side of my
life before I intensely
scrutinize the
contrast,

I shall turn and walk on the right
side to see the difference,
before life has
passed.

I wish I could walk on both sides
at the same time, to
experience a double
trance,

But it is only possible to go in one
direction because in life
there is no second
chance.
