Looking Bleak - life is feared

There are times when life is
feared, when all seems
lost, except
the soul's
disclosure,

Much can be made out of bad
feelings, when spiritual
growth is insurmountable,
and there is no
discloser.

There are times when life
appears empty and there
seems no happiness
to gain in
splendor,

Sadness sweeps over the heart;
life is plausibly over, the
mind bows to the
gods as if to
surrender.
