When you find ideas in life too
hard to swallow,
spit them
out.

Reason must triumph if you are
to move on to become
mentally
stout.

Once you have consumed rotten
thought, is it hard
to save
face.

Regurgitation of the mind is a
pitiful act and leads to
enthroned
disgrace.
