If your views on life haven't
changed in forty years,
your mind has gone
totally
asleep,

It's ok to be righteous but
it's another if a once
fervent belief, now,
doesn't make you
weep.

There was a time in life you
thought you could change
the world, to reflect
selfish
wanting,

If, after all this time you still
believe it's true, you have
not progressed away
from Satan's
taunting.
