Motivating Others - can be hard

Instead of motivating others,
you seem to be always
encouraging your own
soul,

This comes from being overly
selfish, hoping to be half
right, in fact your not
whole.

If you wish to inspire others,
you must first inspire your
inner being know only to
you,

Influencing others isn't as easy
as it seems, if your a flake,
eventually you will be seen
as untrue.
