Quatrain of New Friends
New Friends - no so fast
Once you surpass thirty years of age,
rarely, if ever, do you make
new enduring
friends.
There is an odd quirk about getting
to know someone when older,
it's a friend
cleanse.
No longer are you interested in the
life of others, you turn
inward and keep on
going,
Those who have aged encounter too
much self awareness, life is
all about their own
crowing.
