No Prime Mover - not us, but close

Mankind is not the prime mover
in this life or the next
one beyond our
thought,

We have mastered a little
science and now believe
it is wisdom we've
caught.

Mankind believes he is ruining
the world and to top it off,
it is the earth we've
debased.

We may not be prime movers
of this world, but it is ours
to use, or let it go to
waste
