Not Not natural - love is learned

Love does not come naturally, it
must be cajoled and massaged
by the will of God's
blessing,

It is more instinctive to despise
another soul than take them
into your life and start
caressing.

With the soul born an empty slate,
it is taught by the environment
and those who are
concerned,

Love is not an innate feeling forthwith,
it is nurtured by the attitudes
that a caring family may
or may not have
learned.
