Quatrain of Not Responsible

Not Responsible - must come from the heart

No man has a responsibility
to help another,
except of his
choosing,

Even a man in death throes,
cannot blame another
for aid
refusing.

It is of moral compassion help
is given, it is not a
right, not a
stipulation,

If a man was obligated to another,
he would not be free, life
would be a horrible
vexation.
