Quatrain of Not Side-Saddle

Not Side-Saddle - not me

I shall not ride side-saddle
as I travel through
life I find so
wild,

I was born to ride, one foot
on each side, in order
not to be
beguiled.

I shall bestride my stead as
I move forward and
conquer all in my
path,

With one foot in each stirrup
of God's will, I can straddle
evil without getting my legs
crossed in the
aftermath.
