On Fire - the way of the world

When all around you, the world
turns ugly, and the
end appears
within your
sight,

Rest assured my friend, the
tunnel may be dark but
at the end, there
is a little
light.

Time and again, the world has
been on fire, miraculously
it's always burned
itself
out,

As sure as the day turns dark
and then back again, thy
belief in the Spirit's
ability to quench
fire must be
devout.
