Past Events - try to remember

When looking to the distant past,
we can generally see mental
pictures of events so
clear,

But try to remember what was
said, it's often harder, the
words spoken are rarely
near.

Memories are very fickle, they
only tell what you see and
feel, few other senses
involved,

If we could remember a life uttered
long ago, maybe questions of
history could be more
easily
resolved.
