Passing Through - heaven forbid

How will a place I have never
been, come to be my
everlasting
home?

Even in eternity, I will feel
my polished whereabouts
are not my
own.

It is hard to imagine God
expects me to see his
abode, as if mine
too,

When God calls me home, I
will feel as a stranger,
simply passing
through.
