Quatrain of Perfect Place

Perfect Place - not heaven

Heaven is not a perfect place,
where the soul can go
and find no
pain,

After all, it's hard to imagine no
ills, no slights of evil
for the spirit to
retain.

But Heaven will be a destination
far greater than life found
here on this wandering
star,

The trick, is to know Heaven is not
perfect, but it's a distant cry
from earth which we find so
bizarre.
