Quatrain of Personal Garden
Personal Garden - I don't think so
You can spend time here on
earth, being greedy,
woefully self
engaged,
You can go through daily life,
jovially praying to God
you won't be
paged.
You can pretend, with a blind
eye, the world is your
personal rose
garden,
You would be so very wrong, in
the end, the sin of
self-indulgence,
will receive no
pardon.
