Quatrain of Progress Dismay

Progress Dismay - not always good

Progress brings great comfort,
it also brings elements
of a terrible
curse,

One hand lifts and blesses, the
other makes life, in many
ways, much
worse,

Progress for the sake of progress,
is a fool's errand; brings
tragedy and
gloom,

If progress is not carefully guided,
the best in life will rapidly
fall to its
doom.
