Quatrain of Basket Case
Basket Case - not me
I have been told we are all going
to die and so there's no
need to squirm or
stress.
But is this true, and do I really care, for I view living as
making it out of a
mess?
If I really believed I was going
to die, I would be a basket
case, my nerves would
cave,
Life would be a waiting game;
I for one would take up
residence next to
my grave.
