Chasing Love - without running

Allow me to crawl into bed with
you without my want
overcoming my
need,

Let me press my body against
yours and gently allow
lust to tenderly
proceed.

I shall make captivated glory
in a protracted pose not
knowing if my love will
stand,

I'm a horizontal lover; I can
chase your love while laying
down - into the promised
land.
