My dear: Foretell the future,
O pray tell, when I'm
asleep and lightly
dreaming,
You believe your insights into
the world are worth
your hard fought
scheming.
You predict the end is near
and my sins will surely
drag me deep into
hell,
You assume all freedoms are
lost: it explains the
crack in the liberty
bell.
