Dapingian Age - a gelogical time
period approx 481 million years ago
With the finger prints on
hoary minerals found,
the life of ancestral
beginnings,
The holiest of dreams
took root as yesterdays
gamblers with their
winnings.
Placing all their bets on
forming rocks and cheering
for life to catch its
breath,
The soul turns out to have
won fossilized fellowship
up for grabs, escaping
death.
