Debt Ceiling - government addiction

Indubitably, I placed a debt ceiling
in my household on
what I could
spend,

Fixed twice as high as the amount
of money I rake in, mostly
on the front
end,

The ornery bank would not raise my
spending limit, they balked,
I had to cut
back,

Now I am left to cut down on what
I used to outlay, I had
to give up
crack.
