the hidden meaning of events


And the earth began to boil
as unholy questions surfaced
in search of moral
history,

Did thy ethics come from
heaven or did they come
from the common man of
mystery?

Thy willingness to escape the
truth, thy selfishness caged
then cooled, without a
spirit,

The worst of all human thought,
calmed by using simple reason,
scribbled down on a Devil's
writ.
