Quatrain of Finding Happiness

Finding Happiness - hitting the bottom first

The miserable path taken on an
upward climb to happiness,
dispirited reason to
faith,

Crying with no reverent tone, in
search of a smile where
negativity is all you can
saith.

Wrapping the worst of humanity
around your mind, as if it
were a cloth of
inspiration,

Sometimes it takes scraping
the bottom of the barrel
to force life lifting
exaltation.
