Quatrain of Fog Drip
Fog drip - water that drips to the
ground from trees wetted by
fog droplets
This is my stormy struggle,
to mix unsure thoughts
with affirming
hands,
Holding back tears that linger
from windy feelings of
sadness as it
expands,
Alas! I reverently fasten my
spiritual sweater with
a salvation zipper
strip,
God, bless me when weathered
burdens are washed
away by a fog
drip.
