You will not find a window
into my heart, nor a
door to walk
through,
There is no place where you
can peer, or a latch
to grab or
subdue.
If you want in, to spread
your joy, or enhance
the life I find my
own,
You must open your soul so
I can see, if the love
you have, is
homegrown.
