Quatrain of Ilama Eyes
Ilama tree which bears the ilama fruit
1.
O. planted! with the look of spiraling
haze, the sweet aroma of a jetting
gaze,
I managed to peer into your heart,
past loving branches formed like a
maze.
The skyward up lifting, the twinkle
you devised from smiling fruit with no
wrinkle
Caught my vulnerable impressions,
with a gust of wind from eyes with a
twinkle
2.
I am in love with a fruit bearing damsel,
the one I dreamt growing a soul with no
bramble,
With beauty planted deeper than seductive
skin and bearing lust for a betrothed
gamble
It was the tree bearing eyes that clinched
my motivation to wish for seeds, of
romance
To sprout quickly within my mind, putting
my spirit into a lifelong, enamored
trance.
