Old Dogs - they have a hard
time learning

To teach and old dog a new trick
depends on if you wear
a politically liberal or
a conservative
cap.

If you are a conservative you can
teach your dog to pull himself
up by an American
made boot
strap.

If you are a liberal you can teach
your dog to pull on his boot
strap and ring a bell
for a free
meal,

Either way, old dogs can learn new
tricks, but a dog with a
Constitution to lose is
hard to teach
how to
heel.
