Quatrain of Rectifying Wrongs
Rectifying Wrongs - it happens when
you least expect it
My bones feel creepy when
I smell a distinction
between good and
evil.
My heart beats faster when
I find pounding evidence
of social
upheaval.
My mind thinks slowly when
the world turns dark
and death seems
good.
My soul wishes to rectify
wrongs my life has
created by being
misunderstood.
